I like everything about Kolo. The food, the wait staff, the ambiance, the prices, the location, and the the owner are all superb.
Frank Gonzalez, the proprietor, has put together the real deal when it comes to running a quality restaurant.
It's not on the menu, but you can ask for the Heavos Rancheros. They are the best that I have ever eaten.
Competent, friendly, engaged and engaging wait staff.
I think you will find this place is delightful.
