See it on the ground.
Decide on your terms.
A focused day or three of walking neighborhoods, viewing properties, and talking through the legal and money pieces with our team. Built for people who want to make a real-estate decision in person rather than from a slideshow.
Limited availability.
We run trips in small batches around our existing client load. We do not always have a slot available. If your dates do not match our team's capacity, we will tell you that honestly and either suggest alternative dates or point you to a self-guided itinerary you can run on your own.
In short: write to us early. Two to four weeks of lead time is comfortable. Last-minute requests we will try, but cannot guarantee.
What you get that photos cannot give you.
Photos and floor plans miss the things that matter most. Noise on the street at 8pm. The state of the sidewalks. How long the climb from the river is. Whether the elevator actually works. Whether the neighbors leave their dogs barking on the rooftop.
A trip puts you in front of the real version. You also meet our team, the attorney, and the kinds of owners we work with. That alone changes how a future remote search feels.
Pick the depth.
Pricing depends on group size and depth. We send a written quote with the itinerary before you commit. Two-person, one-day trips currently start around $225 total. The longer formats cost more in absolute dollars but less per day.
Where to land.
Most trip visitors stay in one of our managed short-term apartments. Walkable from the historic center, fully furnished, and our team is the same one running your trip.
