Sometimes that is a short list with photos and prices. Sometimes it is "nothing fits the brief right now, here is what we would watch for, we will check back in two weeks." Honest either way.
What to expect.
Cuenca's real estate market is smaller than most expats expect. Inventory turns over quickly, neighborhoods have personality, and "good value" looks different to everyone. A few things worth knowing before you send us a list of requirements:
- Specific neighborhoods plus tight budgets often have a short list of options. Sometimes none.
- Pet-friendly properties are a smaller subset. Same with private terraces, three or more bedrooms, parking, river views.
- The best matches in our portfolio move within a week. If one fits, you will want to decide quickly.
- If your criteria do not have a current match, we say so plainly. We would rather tell you the truth than send you on a wild chase.
If your priorities are flexible, tell us. "Three bedrooms or two with a separate office" is a different search than "three bedrooms, full stop". The more you signal, the better we hunt.
