From June 8th to June 15th, the historic center of Cuenca, particularly Abdón Calderón Park, fills with colors, scents, and flavors during the Corpus Christi festival, the largest candy fair in the world.

The Corpus of Cuenca is known for showcasing candies of various flavors, shapes, and colors on displays set up in the portals of the heritage houses surrounding Calderón Park, against the backdrop of the impressive Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Calle del Artista, and the famous Plaza de las Flores—spaces that constitute the historic heart of the city.

At the end of each night, castles, processions, and religious ceremonies will be part of the program, and these activities can be witnessed by hundreds of tourists and travelers who come to the historic center of Cuenca every year to experience this sweet and colorful celebration.
