Bob Wolfe

Bob Wolfe is the General Manager of Gringo911, a bilingual emergency response service for expats based in Cuenca. In his ‘other life’ in the US, Bob owned a risk management and environmental emergency response firm. He has lived in Panamá, Ecuador, and Southeast Asia for the past twelve years, and started an emergency hotline for gringos while in Panama.
