Here are the details. The couple agreed to have the money with us for a minimum two years.

For their investment they will receive they will receive two major benefits. First they will get a return of 15% annually, paid monthly. In addition they can receive up to 3% additional interest as a bonus.

Second, as a Founding Investor at the $25000 level, they will receive a free lunch or dinner each week for themselves and two of their guests in the restaurant they help to create. We estimate the value of this one benefit is worth $3,600. Founding Investors also receive some other nice perks.
