Open yourself up to an exceptional experience of transformation & rebirth with this Ceremony Invite: Psilocybin Mushroom Medicine and Power Walk on Sat. Dec. 23rd. Come and join us in the journey of personal growth, connection with the natural word, and healing of the heart.

Introduction to the Rituals:

Power Walks – or Caminata de Poder – is an ancient wisdom practice for balancing the mind, body and spirit through a combination of meditative movement and plant medicine integration. In this experience, we will ingest sacred Mushroom medicine and immerse ourselves in the exquisite beauty of Sigsig’s ancestral landscape to invite an explorative, deep connection with Nature, the natural world and our own internal nature. As we walk in reflective contemplation, we allow the plant and its medicine to become our teacher, and to guide us to new perspectives about our Life and Being.

A Temazcal, or sweatlodge, is a sanctuary of warmth and humidity where we can experience deep relaxation, detoxification, and test our limits of internal resolve. Representing the sacred womb space, an experience that roots all humanity, we enter the temazcal and invite our souls to reconnect with their innate, divine natures, so that we may be ‘reborn’ with a reintegration of Self upon leaving the temazcal. This medicine allows for the rediscovery of our innate radiance, vitality, strength, willpower, and clarity in our lives. Following our power walk, and upon the arrival of sunset, we will enjoy the sacred medicine of purification & rebirth with a Temazcal Ceremony.

Regarding *this specific ceremony* here is a simple outline regarding the day and our ceremonial activities:

--- We will open with a starting ritual where we present ourselves to the ceremonial fire, and seed our intentions for the medicine journey. Afterwards, we will take our first power plant medicine- rapé- to initiate the day’s ceremonies and to prepare our body and mind for deep connection. Rapé is a beautiful healing medicine made from powdered tobacco and serves to catalyze our ability to ground in and open to the energy of connection. Following the rape medicine, we will ingest the sacred mushroom medicine and rest a bit as a group. After resting, we will go on a meditative nature walk, or "power walk", as the psilocybin medicine begins to take effect. Sigsig's natural beauty and rich ancestral heritage is a perfect setting for a meditative experience inviting connection to ourselves, to Mother Earth, & even to our human lineage and ancestors. Following the walk, we return to the sacred fire for a moment of rest and contemplation and to prepare the fire for the temazcal experience. Following the purifying temazcal medicine, we close our sacred space as a group and enjoy fruits and tea around the fire.
