OUR REGULAR PROGRAMMING includes

GROUP MEDITATION in English and Spanish
Every Sunday from 10.30 - 12.00 in person. For meditation instructions, you’re invited to come at 10.00.

The program includes seated meditation, walking meditation, and

text recitations from our tradition.

BOOK STUDY GROUP, on a title related to Buddhism and mindfulness, meets

Every Tuesday from 3.30 - 5.00.  Online via Zoom - send us an e.mail to receive the links.
