Position Overview

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll receive training, mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed in both property sales and rentals. Core Responsibilities
- Client Connections (30%) – Learn how to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, renters & landlords by understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate service.
- Property Tours (25%) – Accompany clients on viewings, presenting properties in a professional and engaging way.
- Listings (10%) – Visit potential properties for sale and rent to negotiate terms with owners, take photos, videos and provide accurate descriptions.
- Lead Follow-up (10%) – Develop your sales skills by responding to client inquiries, following up on leads, and learning how to turn interest into results.
- Transaction Support (15%) – Assist clients through the offer, negotiation, and rental or purchase process, with full guidance from our experienced team.
- Market Learning (10%) – Gain knowledge of Cuenca’s neighborhoods, pricing trends, and property opportunities to better serve clients.

Requirements

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
