Meet Tomei! This little girl was found on the banks of the Tomebamba River in Cuenca a while back. She is 3 months old and has been examined by a vet and vaccinated. She appears to be a Terrier mix. Tomei is a spunky critter and she’s always looking for love and fun. She gets along with other doggies and kitties. She is really coming along on leash training. Tomei will need housetraining reinforcement. Looking for a forever home that comes with a spay commitment. She is an affectionate fluff ball!
