2022 is looking to be yet another interesting year. At idiomART, our goal for the new year is to continue to offer diverse activities that inspire creativity and community in Cuenca. For over four years, the idiomART family has been growing and it shows no signs of stopping! idiomART is a meeting place for people who are looking for a creative outlet and is an inviting, inspiring and fun social setting! We have a lot of great things in store and we’re kicking the year off with a number of different activities.

We’re starting everything off with “Enero with Alberto Soriano”.  Alberto is from Cuzco, Peru and has been a resident artist at idiomART for years.  Many of you know him for his magic surrealism painting, but what some may not know is his incredible artistic talents with watercolor. This month we are going on an artistic journey with Alberto with three exciting events that focus on him and the magic he creates with his brushes, paint and vision… We will have an art exhibition, watercolor classes, and a create in the garden day.

What else is happening in January?  Workshops such as mosaic, breathwork, video making, creative and spiritual movement and expression, Nia Technique, folk art painting and more.  Garden Sessions concert with Cindy Benson.  10% off discount for Spanish classes for the months of January and February.  Saturday Salon about the traditional clothing in Azuay.  And so much more!

*we are following the recent covid regulations that have been put in place, so sign up soon as space is limited.
