ParticipantThe 2nd Vilcabamba Wellness Festival is less than 2 weeks away (27 – 29 January) https://wellnessfestecuador.org/en/. We hope you have already blocked your calendar for this impressive event gaining national recognition. It has been a massive effort so far, completely volunteer-run and dependent on the generosity of sponsors.
However, a major sponsor for transporting our native cousins dropped out last week, and we need to raise funds as quickly as possible. What the festival needs NOW is advance ticket sales,
The Festival features, speakers, music, art, workshops, food vendors, alternative therapies and ancestral healing, as well as a kids´ zone. It will be held at the Technological Institute by the Zoo in Yamburara Bajo, Vilcabamba. It is 3 days full of fun, cultural education and environmental information by the wealth of local and national therapists, artists and pundits, and the chance to meet our indigenous kin from all over Ecuador and learn about ancestral healing. The programme will be released shortly but don’t wait please, there will be something for everyone.
Tickets can be purchased through the website. You can buy 1, 2 or 3 day tickets. Only $40 gives you access to all, including the first ever National Wellness Congress to be held in conjunction with the Festival. For an additional $5, Congress participants can receive a Certificate of Participation from the Ministry of Education.
And you know, if you can’t attend the whole Festival and Congress, buying a full pass anyway would be fantastic and greatly appreciated. If you want to do even more, why not become a sponsor!? Please support this amazing event and the dedicated volunteers. The EN version of the website can be found by clicking the tab at the bottom of the homepage, it loads slowly, teaching us patience with technology!

With great appreciation
