In this Salon, photographer Scott Cushing will discuss the history of street photography as well as define what it is and how it differs from other styles of photography. He will also discuss the ethics of street photography; why and how to make decisions as to what photos to take and/or which ones to share.
Scott says, “Walking the streets and observing life with my camera reveals the humanity of a place. For me, the magic of street photography is in the spontaneous and candid nature of that specific moment.”
