Heads up for those that own property in Cuenca.
You can get a good discount on your property tax if you pay before January 31.
Taxpayers who pay the Municipality of Cuenca from January 1 to 15, 2023 will have a 10% discount.
Those who do so in the following 15 days, that is, until January 31 , will receive a discount equivalent to 9%.
