      Good News! For everyone who loved the excellent Corvel Restaurant in Paute, they’ve now opened a location in Cuenca. It’s at the new artisan mall at the corner of Huayna Capac and La Republica. If you haven’t visited Corvel in Paute, be sure to try the Coconut Shrimp! This is a class act!

      Corvel’s Paute website is: http://www.restaurantecorvel.com/ – not updated yet for Cuenca. Menu the same though.
