Massage Therapy and Energy Work for Health and Wellness

If you haven’t yet come in, I have some rare openings over the next few weeks. If you are looking for something more than a “feel-good” massage or a painful once-over, come and see a well-trained therapist.

I primarily focus on Swedish, Deep Tissue, Treatment massage and energy work. However, I incorporate many other practices I’ve studied including: Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Somatic and Thai Massage.

Through the years I also have become increasing sensitive and interested in the energetic components of healing work and consciousness. While developing my own abilities, I became certified in Reiki, Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing. I’ve discovered that utilizing all my gifts in concert lends wonderful results.

If you are looking for some relaxation, emotional release, energetic balancing, or treatment work for injuries or chronic conditions, I have something special for you. I always work in a manner that is tailored to the needs and desires of my clients. We can work as gently or deeply as you prefer. I really enjoy providing people the time and space to return to their bodies and self, so you leave better prepared to show the world your magnificence. I practice at SkyFit in el Centro only, just off Parque Calderon. My office hours are Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Sat afternoons. 1 hour sessions are $30 or you may purchase a package of 2 for $50. Se habla Español. Blessings
