      Somehow, the year has rapidly come to its final month and we have a great line-up at idiomART!

      -TULLPUNA PAINTING EVENT
      Saturday, Dec. 10 from 3 – 6 pm
      $35 all materials included
      Join Victor Rexach and Pedro Pablo Tocabens for a fun afternoon of painting ceramic plates!

      – PATIO SESSIONS CONCERT: TRIO LA COMARCA
      Sunday, Dec. 11; doors open: 2 pm; music starts: 3 pm
      $10
      They are an award winning Ecuadorian band that will take you on a musical journey around this incredible country and we may even cross the border into other Latin American and Andean sounds as well!

      – BUBBLES & CHOCOLATE TASTING
      Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 4 pm
      $45
      In this exclusive tasting workshop, you will learn the nuances between champagne, Prosecco, sparkling wine, and other bubbles. You will also learn about dark chocolate and its various health benefits as well as the subtleties in flavors.

      – ART OPENING with artists LANNER DIAZ & SUKA
      Thursday, Dec. 15; 6 – 8 pm
      Lanner Diaz is an incredible Cuban artists whose exhibition, “4 Estaciones”, is a stimulating collection of silk screen and wood block prints, drawings and acrylic paintings.
      Suka’s exhibition, “Animal Dreams” is an intimate portrayal of the spiritual journeys one takes throughout his or her life. They are a collection of watercolor and ink paintings as well as acrylic.

      – LET IT FLOW: Japanese Watercolor & Ink Workshop
      Friday, Dec. 16 from 10 – 12:30 pm
      $45 (all materials included)
      In this workshop, we will experiment with line, form, color, and texture to create unique Japanese-style botanical watercolors, with the aims of connecting to creativity and soothing self-expression.

      – SATURDAY SALON: DIABLADOS
      Saturday, Dec. 17 at 11:00 am
      $10
      Join Esteban Arévalo and learn about the rituals and ceremonial dress of “el diablo” in the indigenous-mestizo rural areas of the Ecuadorian Andes.

      – DRUM CIRCLE
      Saturday, Dec. 17 at 2:30 pm
      $3 at the door
      This is our final drum circle of the year. As always, drummers of all ages and skill levels are welcome. We also enjoy having singers, dancers and listeners present!

      – CCC SPANISH – PARTY CHIVA & NEW YEAR’S CELEBRATION
      Friday, Dec. 30 at 6 pm
      $20
      Join Martha & Fausto for a fun evening touring the city of Cuenca in a Party Chiva (party bus), followed by the burning of the old year (manigote)!
