We will pick you up in Cuenca, from here enjoy the ride and landscapes as we drive through many different towns. First, we will arrive at San Bartolome where we can observe the process of making guitars and other instruments. After we will visit the small town of Chordeleg where traditional jewelry is made of fine gold and silver, here you can visit the popular jewelry shops. Afterwards, we will visit a silversmith and you can watch him create his fine jewelry artwork. After lunch, we will move on to visit the weaving workshop in Gualaceo. The weavers produce different products like scarves using a special “ikat technique” to pattern textiles. And if you like, we can also stop at the Orchid Farm before going back to Cuenca.
