Botica Olmedo will make it for you. It will take a few days and is very cheap. The store I believe is on Juan Jaramillo and is around Padre Aguirre/Benigno Malo area. I am doing this from memory. I have heard that Nectars has it also. You can use your extra in a spray bottle for cleaning. Just make sure you take it down from the 25 to 3%.
