We’re starting our final month at our current location with a real treat…A Week of Art with Juan and Margot of San Antonio de Ibarra, which is an area of the country reknowned for its art and especially its wood carving.
Juan learned the craft of wood carving as a young boy and, through the years, has transformed his craft into a remarkable art form. He has also taken his inspiration and translated it to canvas with paintings that are inspired by the Andean Pachamama.
Margot finds inspiration in the nature around her and paints beautiful watercolors of what she sees and feels.
We start the week of art with the art opening of their joint exhibition entitled “Pachamama”
