This experiential workshop is aimed at those people who seek to improve their emotional management, obtain resources and acquire tools to manage emotions.
We will work with the tools of Humanistic Psychology (Gestalt Therapy).
Emotions 😡😬😁😢😡😬😁😢anger, fear, joy and sadness are some of the names used to identify individual and unique experiences that each person lives and feels in a particular way.
Like any other experience it is in your hand to manage it and decide what to do with it. You just need to know yourself and have the resources to do so.

What will we do in this workshop?
The work will be individual in group with absolute respect for the privacy and limits of each one.
We will work with questions of🔍 self-knowledge, body and movement techniques, roll-playing dynamics and attention, visualization and body awareness techniques.
