Sommelier, Melissa Perez-Singer, is the proprietor of Vinotheque and will have a choice selection of her favorite gourmet, Ecuadorian chocolates, wines and bubbles at idiomART so you can get some last minute holiday shopping squared away. Â It could also be a great moment to treat yourself to something special!
She will have gourmet KAMM chocolates from northern Ecuador as well as an exclusive chocolate that is considered one of the best in the world called To’ak, that fuses art, nature and ancient traditions to create chocolate that redefines boundaries between food, culture and ecological awareness. Their chocolate is made from Heirloom Cacao and is produced entirely from Ecuadorian products – tree to bar.
