Join Christian Endara every Tuesday at 7 p.m. for Cosmic Dance sessions starting Sept. 5.

Utilizing exercises and contemporary dance techniques, theater, and yoga, we will go within to explore our internal relationship with planetary consciousness and express it with our bodies, our voices, and writing. Mantras, meditation, and movement are used to balance our internal energy, which is then channeled through dance.

Christian is a stage artist, medicine music singer, and astrologist. His work and research is based on the expression of the soul in the search for its own understandings that lead to states of peace and reconciliation. His work focuses on personal well-being and the well-being of others, encounters with his own creativity, and the expression of his art.

The cost is $5 each week.
