Because you asked for it, we’re having another Chocolate Tasting Workshop with sommelier, Melissa Perez-Singer!
In this workshop, you will learn how to begin to taste and identify the nuances and layers of chocolate. You will experience this decadent tasting workshop with sustainably grown and manufactured dark chocolate from Ecuador called Kamm and you will also receive a free glass of wine to take the tasting one step further with a wine/chocolate pairing.
This workshop is led by Guatemalan American sommelier, Melissa Perez-Singer, who has a decade of experience leading workshops and tastings in various countries.
