In this exclusive tasting workshop, you will learn the nuances between champagne, Prosecco, sparkling wine, and other bubbles. You will also learn about dark chocolate and its various health benefits as well as the subtleties in flavors.  The tasting workshop includes Italian Prosecco by Pitars, sparkling wine, and gourmet Ecuadorian dark chocolate by Kamm.
Pitars is an Italian vineyard with generations of experience and they support sustainable practices in all aspects of the vineyard. Kamm is a boutique chocolate shop in Northern Ecuador that uses sustainably grown cacao.  Their chocolate is organic and vegan and is made with locally sourced ingredients.
This is a decadent evening that will have you swooning with pleasure.
The tasting workshop is led by Melissa Perez-Singer, who is a Guatemalan American and has been a professional sommelier for nearly 10 years. She is an artist who is passionate about beauty, enticing the palate and teaching others about the delicate nuances of spirits, wines and bubbles as well as chocolate and other foods that pair well with the particular tasting workshop she is leading.
This tasting workshop is in English, but Mel is bilingual and can also accommodate Spanish speakers.
