This Tuesday at 6 pm is the opening for two incredible artists…
Francisco Delgado is a painter from Cuenca and his exhibition, “Paisajes” is a sensorial exploration of the skies above. His ethereal use of color and form make you feel like you are in the painting, gazing at the heavens above. He says that this body of work “… seeks to transmit the essence of life and its continuous transformation as well as the sacred principle that drives it.” His exhibition can be found in the M.C. Escher Salón.
F.M. Tucker will also be showing his beautiful watercolors in our Gershwin Gallery Hall. F.M. Tucker is from the United States and now lives in Cuenca. His mastery of color, form, and flow exalts the wonders of nature that emotes feelings of nostalgia, happiness, and even a sense of longing. His exhibition, “Impressions”, is a collection of art that isn’t meant to shock but inspire. His work expresses the beauty of living and dying in an effort to “inspire better appreciation of the wonderful world we’ve been given.”
